Prescription Refills

Please call the office at 810-239-9444 - select prompt #1 (extension #504) during normal business hours for a prescription refill. Your pharmacy may also fax a request for a refill to our office. We will need your name (spelling any difficult words), your phone number, the pharmacy's name and phone number, name of medication, amount taken per day, and dosage. It is important to plan ahead and request refills on weekdays. Refill requests may take up to 72 hours.
